Renchana is not a travel agent nor a tour operator. Instead, we provide itinerary planning & trip arrangement services for our clients. 

Renchana highly recommends our clients use the service of any government-registered tour agents or alternatively utilize various online travel booking platforms to secure more affordable flights & hotel deals. However, if required, we could also assist in introducing you to our partner agents.

• Special arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, surprises, in-villa parties (eg caterer, decoration, DJs)
• Sourcing, arrangements (incl. documentations) for specific types of transportation options,  yacht voyage charter, private helicopter transfers

Our 45 mins initial consultation is provided complimentary. 

We offer package pricing for simple reservations and event ticketing requests.

Sourcing and arrangement services will be quoted separately and on case-to-case basis.

Renchana prefers to collect all payments via Stripe, a global payment processing platform. Stripe accepts up to 25+ payment methods and 35+ currencies from around the world. 

A 3.5% of the invoice value will be added as a processing fee. 

Alternatively, you may choose  to make your payment direct to our Maybank account

Our payment terms for  our services are as follows :

Itinerary Planning

• 25% (initiation fee) to be collected upon confirmation of request
• 50% to be collected upon presentation of Draft itinerary
• 25% (final) to be collected upon presentation of Final Itinerary.

Trip Arrangements

• 100% of Renchana fees and the required Third Party charges (deposit or full amount)  to be collected upfront
• Note :  We will share these quotations and request a payment from you before we proceed. In such an event, we are unable to ensure a booking or reservation until the payments have been processed

 In most cases the payments made to third party are non-refundable. However, we will provide assistance for all bookings made by us subject to the respective suppliers’ or service providers’ cancellation & refund policy
