We're introducing a clearer, tiered service structure so you can easily choose the level of support that fits your travel style and needs: 

• Lite. Guidance and recommendations for independent travellers
• Essential. Fully personalized itineraries with self-booking flexibilities
• Signature. Planning plus booking and during-trip support
• Bespoke. End-to-end, white-glove travel management

We've also combined itinerary planning to booking and trip arrangements into one integrated service. Standalone booking and trip arrangements is no longer offered starting January 2026. Instead booking support is now exclusively included in our Signature and Bespoke tiers.

As you move up each tier, Renchana takes on more responsibility, coordination and real-time decision making, at the same time saving you time, effort and uncertainty.

Both our Lite and Essential tier are designed specifically for travellers who prefer to handle bookings themselves while benefitting from professional planning and recommendations

Absolutely.

If your travel needs change, you may upgrade to a higher tier before or during the planning phase, subject to availability. The price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

We recommend engaging Renchana 2 to 3 months before your travel dates, with an additional buffer of 1 month for decision making.

This allows sufficient time to :

• Source trusted partners and suppliers
• Secure availability for unique experiences
• Design a thoughtful, well-paced itinerary

For peak travel seasons or Bespoke journeys, earlier engagement is encouraged.

No. Our package fees cover only our professional planning, coordination and concierge services.

All third-party costs (such as transportation, accommodations, entries and passes, experiences) are billed separately unless otherwise stated.

Yes. Corporate, group and incentive travel are typically handled under Signature or Bespoke, depending on complexity and required touchpoints. Please contact us for a tailored discussion. 

Renchana prefers to collect all payments via Stripe, a global payment processing platform. Stripe accepts up to 25+ payment methods and 35+ currencies from around the world. 

A 3.5% of the invoice value will be added as a processing fee. 

Alternatively, you may choose to make your payment direct to our Maybank account

Our payment terms are as follows :

• 25% (initiation fee) to be collected upon confirmation of request
• 50% to be collected upon presentation of Draft itinerary. (At this stage, we also require upfront payment of third-party charges (either as a deposit or in full).
• 25% (final) to be collected upon presentation of Final Itinerary.
