Autism Travel+, goes beyond a custom travel plan. It includes itinerary planning and trip arrangements as a complete package. 

On top of our usual deliverables, families will receive valuable resources such as sensory guides for each activity to help prepare for new experiences, plan of action for safety and comfort, as well as social stories (subject to availability) to help create familiarity and to reduce your child's anxiety.

This hands-on approach sets us apart by prioritizing safety, comfort, and peace of mind throughout your travels while ensuring your family enjoys a seamless and memorable journey.

Our family-focused travel planning service is uniquely designed for families who require tailored arrangements to ensure a stress-free and enjoyable journey. 

Unlike our standard travel planning, we take extra care to accommodate specific requirements, routines, and preferences that are essential for your child's comfort. This include considerations on sensory-needs, autism-friendly activities, safety to thoughtfully planned and structured itineraries.

We provide a wide range of tailored travel solutions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. These include: 

• Sensory-friendly accommodations and activities
• Suitable connections and transportation options, including recommended travel time, fast-track options, disability support and securing quiet spaces
• Structured itinerary suitable for your child's specific need
• Meal & dietary arrangement
• Special requests, like special guided tours, special passes, animal interactions,  VIP arrangements, accommodation enhancements, stroller / scooter / ECV rentals and more
• Add-ons services (subject to additional fees) like bespoke social stories, exclusive experiences, special events, and other premium arrangements.

At Renchana, we aim to provide the most comprehensive support possible, but there are a few limitations to keep in mind:

• The availability of autism-friendly services can differ depending on the destination. Some locations may have limited sensory-friendly facilities or accommodations.
• In certain cases, service providers or activity venues may require legal guardians or parents to handle specific requests directly (e.g., safety or health concerns). In such situations, Renchana will still provide clear guidance and assistance to help you navigate the necessary steps seamlessly.

We specialize in both! Whether it’s a local staycation, a regional getaway, or an international adventure, our team plans everything to ensure your family has a safe, enjoyable, and tailored experience—no matter how far you want to travel. 

No, our initial 45-mins consultation is completely free. During this session, we take the time to understand your family’s needs, preferences, and any specific requests. This allows us to design the perfect travel plan while ensuring you feel confident and informed before making any decisions. 

 Our pricing structure is straightforward and transparent:

• We charge a service fee of RM315 per day of travel based on the scope of your trip, including research, planning, consultation, and sourcing. The service fee covers itinerary design, arrangements, and our personalized recommendations.

Your total trip cost will depend on combination of factors such as the destination, trip length, and additional services you may request. We will provide a clear breakdown of costs (ours and the 3rd Party, with zero mark-ups) so there are no hidden surprises.

Our goal is to create a stress-free and value-driven experience while keeping the planning process simple and transparent for your family.

Our payment terms are as follows :

• 25% (initiation fee) to be collected upon confirmation of request
• 50% to be collected upon presentation of Draft itinerary
• 25% (final) to be collected upon presentation of Final Itinerary.

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for trips during busy seasons, to secure sensory-friendly accommodations and activities. 

Early planning gives us time to customize the itinerary and prepare every detail that matters to you and your family. 

At the moment, we are focused on providing travel planning and arrangements specifically for families with autistic children. 

As we gain more experience and expand our team, we aim to extend our services to cater to other types of ASD travelers. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work towards creating inclusive travel experiences for everyone. 

Your journey will be carefully planned by one of our dedicated travel planners, who is an IBCCES Certified Autism Travel Professional (CATP). This certification, awarded by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), ensures that our planners are equipped with specialized knowledge to support families with neurodiverse needs.

The CATP certification involves in-depth training on understanding autism and related needs when traveling, enabling us to create stress-free, sensory-friendly travel plans tailored to your family. This ensures that you receive professional, compassionate, and expert service every step of the way.
