• Cost transparency. You will pay for all third-party charges as quoted without any markups by Renchana. This allows you to select the most fitting activities and have better control of your trip budget.

Renchana is not a travel agent nor a tour operator. Instead, we provide itinerary planning & trip arrangement services for our clients. 

Renchana highly recommends our clients use the service of any government-registered tour agents or alternatively utilize various online travel booking platforms to secure more affordable flights & hotel deals. However, if required, we could also assist in introducing you to our partner agents. 

Our 45 mins initial consultation is provided complimentary. 

Yes, definitely.

Our basic fees are calculated based on the complexity of requirements in planning for groups of 6 persons or below. However, we surely can accommodate larger group sizes (up to 25 pax) at additional costs. 

Examples of itinerary include : 

• Self-drive itinerary and route planning
• Senior independent travel
• Slow-paced itinerary
• Reduced mobility / assisted travel itinerary
• Multigenerational itinerary
• Women-focused  itinerary
• Healing retreat
• Luxury, affordable (or a bit of both) itinerary
• Activity-focused itinerary - eg hiking, fishing, cycling, foodie adventure
• Others, depending on your request.

We can help to plan  itineraries for the entire trip (end to end), partial, or only for selected days 

Ideally, we prefer to work on trips happening more than 2 months ahead of your request. This allows us more options for activities on the ground and the ability to recommend more affordable selections as availability gets reduced and the price increases closer to the travel date. 

Our first itinerary will be prepared based on the information collected during the initial consultation. You will have the opportunity to provide your feedback on the draft itinerary during our subsequent meeting. Our team will then revise the itinerary based on your feedback and submit to you the final itinerary for approval. 

Most of our custom trips are prepared on an independent-travel basis. However, we understand that requirement differs from one client to another. Let us know of your specific requirements during our initial consultation meeting or via the travel questionnaire. 

On a case to case basis, and subject to available support services at the destination, we will be able to plan for trips for persons above 65 years old or with various degrees of mobility impairments. 

However, our policy requires these clients to fill up a short medical questionnaire for us to assess the suitability of travel, and to recommend the appropriate service, level of comfort and activities. Nevertheless, the onus is on the respective client to take ownership of his/her physical self, understand all mobility requirement and take full responsibility for the decision to travel.

Renchana prefers to collect all payments via Stripe, a global payment processing platform. Stripe accepts up to 25+ payment methods and 35+ currencies from around the world. 

A 3.5% of the invoice value will be added as a processing fee. 

Alternatively, you may choose to make your payment direct to our Maybank account

Our payment terms are as follows :

• 25% (initiation fee) to be collected upon confirmation of request
• 50% to be collected upon presentation of Draft itinerary. (At this stage, we also require upfront payment of third-party charges (either as a deposit or in full).
• 25% (final) to be collected upon presentation of Final Itinerary.

Subject to Renchana receiving the final payment, you will receive your final itinerary 3 to 4 business days from the date of receiving your feedback on the first itinerary
