Our standard design tiers encompass intimate groups of up to six individuals. For larger delegations (up to 25 guests), a supplemental design fee is applied. This reflects the advanced logistical calculations and extensive concierge facilitation required to ensure a flawless, uninterrupted experience for every single member of your party.

To ensure the highest standard of curation and secure premium availability, we recommend initiating the design process at least two months prior to your intended departure. This optimal timeline allows us to meticulously architect your blueprint, secure highly sought-after reservations, and optimize your travel investment before options reach capacity.

We understand that urgent travel needs occasionally arise. Journeys commissioned with fewer than three weeks' notice can often be accommodated, subject to an expedited priority design fee. 

However, to fiercely protect the uncompromising quality, flawless execution, and premium standard of our work, we respectfully decline commissions for travel departing within two weeks.

We approach itinerary architecture as a highly collaborative refinement process. Following our Discovery Consultation, our team presents an initial, comprehensive travel blueprint.

During our subsequent design review session, we welcome your feedback and adjustments to ensure perfect alignment with your vision. We then expertly refine the architecture, polishing the pacing and details. This structured revision phase ensures your final blueprint is flawlessly tailored and thoroughly vetted before we finalize your journey.

Our core expertise is exclusively dedicated to architecting highly detailed blueprints for independent travel. We empower you to explore your destination at your own perfect pace with absolute confidence, supported by our meticulous behind-the-scenes design rather than a personal, full-time guide.

However, we recognize that a truly frictionless journey sometimes requires dedicated on-the-ground support. While we do not personally escort our clients, our Concierge team can seamlessly facilitate specialized assistance. 

Please outline any specific support requirements, for example coordinating highly vetted travel nannies or engaging specialized local experts, during our Discovery Consultation or within your initial travel questionnaire, and we will expertly integrate them into your master plan.

 We are deeply committed to inclusive travel and routinely architect journeys for senior travelers, multi-generational families, and those with specific mobility requirements. Our goal is to carefully match your party's needs with the logistical realities of your chosen destination.

To guarantee an uncompromising standard of safety and comfort, we incorporate a brief mobility, wellness, and stamina assessment into our design process. When designing for multi-generational groups, it is especially critical to align on a daily pace that protects the well-being of senior family members. Should a requested itinerary or destination, such as high-altitude environments or grueling daily paces, pose an undue health risk to vulnerable individuals that cannot be safely mitigated, Renchana respectfully reserves the right to decline the commission. We will always prioritize your family's well-being over simply fulfilling a request.

Our design fees are determined by the complexity of your itinerary, the size of your traveling party, and the level of concierge facilitation required.  To ensure a secure and seamless transaction process, we offer several convenient methods for fee settlement:

• Bank Transfer & FPX: You may remit your design fee via a direct bank transfer to our corporate account, or utilize Billplz (FPX) for instant, highly secure online banking transactions.
• Credit Card: We readily accept all major global credit cards via our secure payment partner, Stripe. Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to a standard 3.5% payment gateway processing fee, which will be added to your invoice.

 To reflect the phased, meticulous nature of our design process, our professional consultancy fees are structured across three distinct milestones:

• Phase I: The Initiation Retainer (25%): Secured upon your formal confirmation to commence the itinerary architecture.
• Phase II: The Blueprint Review (50%): Settled upon the presentation of your initial draft itinerary. Please note: At this critical juncture, we also coordinate the direct funding required for third-party services (whether as a deposit or in full) to aggressively lock in premium availability and secure your reservations.
• Phase III: The Final Delivery (25%): Remitted upon the presentation of your fully polished, finalized travel blueprint.

This structured approach ensures that our dedicated time and expertise are appropriately compensated at each major milestone of your journey's creation.

Following our collaborative review of your initial draft, our team dedicates five to seven business days to masterfully polish and orchestrate every detail of your journey. Once this thorough refinement process is complete, your comprehensive final travel blueprint will be formally presented to you. The final installment of your design fee will be invoiced concurrently with this delivery.
