 We recommend initiating the structural planning process two to three months prior to your anticipated departure, incorporating an additional one-month buffer for deliberate review and decision-making.

All third-party execution costs, including, but not limited to, ground transportation, venue access, and ticketed experiences, are distinct from our consultancy fees and will be billed separately.

Due to the intricate logistics, multi-layered coordination, and extensive touchpoints required for these formats, corporate and group journeys are managed exclusively under our Signature or Bespoke frameworks. The appropriate tier will be determined by the scale and complexity of your requirements. To ensure a seamless and secure transaction process, we accept remittances via direct bank transfer or through a secure Billplz digital payment link, which will be provided with your invoice. 

 Our consultancy operates on a structured, three-phase milestone payment framework for our professional fees, meticulously designed to align with the progression of your travel blueprint. Additionally, to ensure a frictionless execution of your reservations, third-party costs are collected strategically during this process:

• Initial Retainer (25%): This formalizes our engagement and allows our team to commence the foundational research and structural design of your itinerary.
• Blueprint Approval & Logistics Execution (50%): Due upon your authorization of the proposed itinerary draft. This milestone triggers our immediate execution of your bookings. (Please note: To seamlessly secure your exact arrangements without delay, an advance collection of anticipated third-party supplier costs (such as activities, specific transport, and ticketed experiences) will be invoiced concurrently with this milestone.
• Final Handover (25%): This final balance of our professional fee is collected upon the completion and delivery of your comprehensive travel documents, ensuring all orchestrations are perfectly finalized prior to your departure.
